James Lee

James Lee – Managing Director

James has over 30 years’ experience in business and commenced operation of E-Gill Services in 2008. Prior to that he studied Chemical Engineering and worked with major retail companies as a Marketing Executive. In 2008 James commenced his work in facilities with Commercial Strata and progressed to working with NAB, University of Newcastle and in 2012 embarked on his work with Transport NSW. He understands how to work with Government Departments and their challenging and specific needs and has created a team that excel in their abilities.

His management style is collaborative and provides strong and clear leadership.  His responsibility lies with the overall success of the business and is committed to the development of the business and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

James is accountable in ensuring that the company operates at the highest possible standard whilst complying with governance, legislation, quality, safety and environment.  He is required to investigate and highlight potential opportunities whilst value adding and utilising best practise.

He is also preparing business plans, budgets and schedules, whilst communicating with staff and leading a management team to strong visionary and strategic thinking.
