Elizabeth Geroulis – Customer Service Manager/Business Development Manager
Elizabeth has worked with E-Gill Services for a period over 4 years as their Business Development Manager and Customer Service Manager to Sydney Trains. Her exceptional relationship skills have allowed E-Gill Services to create and maintain strong working relationships with Sydney Trains and Transport NSW.
Elizabeth’s Customer Service and Business Development expertise has been extensive with many years of experience in the Rail Industry and is responsible for the successful delivery of high-quality cleaning services in line with contract requirements. Her focus is to support the team whilst ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.
Elizabeth’s cleaning expertise is widespread from her time with GJK where her role was dedicated to the Contract. Elizabeth was responsible for the successful delivery of high-quality cleaning services in line with contract requirements focussing on meeting with the Sydney Trains Cleaning Services Managers and Auditors, discussing the performance of the team and achieving and maintaining the key performance indicators for the Contract.
Whilst working for Sydney Trains between 1997 and 2009, Elizabeth gained immense experience in cleaning services across several roles that had cleaning service touchpoints including Country Link Onboard Services, Presentation Services and Railway Stations.
